The seafood speciality restaurant gives you a unique experience
in dining in Kerala. Or where else can you enjoy the formation
of an estuary as you dine? As its name suggests, it is perhaps
the last ripple of a lake as it is on its banks. So you will
enjoy watching fishes in its natural habitat as you dine. Or the
sea waves rolling into a beach. Or the fisherman casting a net.
Ripples has an ethnic natural feel with its thatched coconut
leaves roof and wood used in support having a natural feel. And
most of all its open to nature on all its sides.Sea food

This is one of the most romantic dining experiences you can have
here if there are no other requests for deck dining. Imagine
having a drink or a tea in the backdrop of a setting sun. The
most interesting part of this dining is the nature changes its
moods very fast - the tides may rise, the sun will play hide and
seek in the clouds, the fishermen might rush their nets -
everything will happen in a jiffy. This dining will be available
only on request and only at times when the weather is just
right.
Garden dining
Garden dining is very special and charming for the morning
coffee and the evening tea time.
The white garden chairs on the green lawn under the coconut
canopy is a beautiful and memorable experience. The chirruping
of the birds, the echo of the waves, the cool sea breeze and the
